Description:

Layer 1:

·         Having cards prepared before hand with numerous activities written on them for example practicing: high jump, curl ups, push ups, balance, etc. As soon as a student finishes their activity they will give their card to another student. Students stop when all exercises are done as to have a full over view of what they need to work on and what they are capable of doing.

Safety:

Make sure there is enough space for each activity, walk around the gym to make sure each student is doing their activity correctly to prevent injuries or hurting others.

Make sure activities aren’t too challenging an can be finished within the time limit of a class.
